My name is Danika Hoare. My mission is to provide a professional and compassionate approach to therapy that empowers individuals to overcome challenges, embrace personal growth, and achieve lasting mental wellness.
From a young age, I was passionate about supporting others, feeling deep compassion and empathy. My journey as a psychotherapist draws from personal experiences, extensive training, and a belief in our shared humanity. I offer a client-centred, tailored approach, providing a warm, safe space for healing and growth. With a Master’s in Pluralistic Counselling and a background in Social Care, I’m trained in various therapies, including humanistic, psychodynamic, cognitive, and breathwork. I specialize in anxiety, stress, depression, relationships, and life challenges. I’m a pre-accredited therapist with the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP), offering free 15-minute consultations.
